One of the newest members this year is Cesar Ruiz. He's spent almost his entire life right here in North Portland, which has been 17 years so far. The thing that Cesar loves most about his community is how diverse it can be. Cesar would describe himself as 

• Extroverted
• Perfect
• Rich, very very very rich
• Incredibly humble

Cesar has described his greatest accomplishment as, of course, being so insanely humble…and tellingly, the thing he loves most about himself is how incredibly rich and perfect he is. In five years we are going to find our boy Cesar absolutely demolishing the Real Estate market, raising the economy more than ever. What Cesar cares about more than anything, and what motivates him to be successful, is his family.

 Though his humorous personality is already enough for him to become your new favorite member, it's his authentic and sweet demeanor that we here at Voices adore.
