Maya is a 16 year old junior at Roosevelt, who has grown up in Portland, currently around the Portsmouth area. She enjoys the diversity in her community. She’s a friendly, empathetic person, and values kindness. In her free time she plays tennis and has been on the Roosevelt tennis team since her freshman year. If she were to change one thing in the world, it’d be simply to bring peace, and her best advice received was to keep a positive attitude.
